OWNER AND CREATOR
I created this business to live my dream of being a pastry chef again. After loosing my job during covid I have been unable to return to the career I love.
I have more than 10 years of experience as a pastry chef across Bathurst & Sydney. From cafes to catering. I have a love for gluten free desserts and creating new flavour combinations.
I am a mum to two beautiful little boys. Oliver (5) was born deaf and has austism. Franklin is under 1. Running my own business allows for flexibility to attend Oliver's appointments and the opportunity to stay home with Franklin.
